This is the key to making that new year’s resolution work. A routine will keep you on track (literally) and increase your chances of making the right decision. You may have to try a few different routines before you settle in, but it’s worth the time. Maybe you need to wake up an hour earlier, bring running clothes to work, make plans to run with a friend, or join the Fleet Feet Running Club. People find success in different places.
Where will you find yours?
Routine Matters: Show Up and Make it Count
Winter throws a lot of obstacles in your training's way. But you can run through them by building routines and changing how you think about running.
Saturday, January 12th at 7:30am at the Schenley Oval
Decide between two different workouts in one convenient location. You can choose to participate in a speed workout on the track or explore the trails in the park. Two coaches will be available to guide you through your workout, no matter what your level. This is a great opportunity to mix up your weekly runs and try something new! The workouts are free, and all abilities are welcome.
Winter Warriors is perfect for those looking for accountability throughout winter and into spring. Enjoy lower mileage or join up with half or full marathon groups for a longer course. Each week, 3- and 5- mile turn-by-turn maps will be provided.
Start the year off in the right footwear. By bringing in your old trainers we can check the wear-pattern and determine what you need. We’ll donate your old shoes to the MORE Foundation and give you $10 toward your new pair (exclusions apply).
