Whether you're looking to get started on your fitness journey, dreaming of a half marathon finish or Boston qualifier, Fleet Feet Sports offers programs for all levels and abilities. Our goal is to help you achieve your training and race goals!
Offered Training Groups:
Intro to Trail Running - This group is for the newbie trail runner looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to improve their running and reduce injuries. Goal race is the Annadel 5K and 10K. Start date is January 13th.
Annadel Half Trail Group - This group is for experienced trail runners, whether slow or fast, that are looking for adventure and fun. Goal race is the Annadel Half Marathon. Start date is January 13th. If interested, a mandatory information meeting will be held at Fleet Feet Santa Rosa at 9 a.m. on Sunday January 6th.
Fleet Feet Run Club - This group covers distances from 10K to the marathon, and is recommended for runners at a 13 minute per mile pace or faster. Goal race is IPA 10K and Windsor Half Marathon. Start date is January 5th.
