For #GivingTuesday Consider Running the Chicago Marathon With One of These Charities
|
Running changes everything.
|
And that's the motto we live by at Fleet Feet Chicago.
On this #GivingTuesday, commit to make a difference in your life and the lives of others through running.
Running the Bank of America Chicago Marathon with a charity partner not only guarantees you a spot in the race, it also contributes to the single largest giving day in Illinois, race day. In 2017 the Bank of America Chicago Marathon announced that more than 10,000 runners raised $16.9 million through the 2016 Charity Program. Additionally, since the charity program was officially established in 2002, more than 106,000 runners have raised over $167 million for local, national and global causes.
If you're running the Bank of America Chicago Marathon in 2019, we urge you to consider joining one of our partnered charities. The following charity teams include Chicago Endurance Sports training which prepares you with 18 weeks of coached group training. Whether you are an experienced marathoner or a first time marathoner, we are here to give you motivation, advice, and inspiration.
