Week 14 - It Takes a Community!!

 

Reflect as a group on where you started and how far you've come at this point of your training.  We are coming down to the wire and it's time to dial in all aspects of your training in preparation for your upcoming race.

 

Evaluate your body, race wear, shoes, nutrition, and hydration and make any adjustments to have your best race day experience.  

 

Even if your upcoming race doesn't goes as planned remember you had the courage to train and toe the line.  This takes guts and determination that deserve cudos.

 

This week we will have our Superfeet Representative at Blue Ash on Tuesday and at Newport on Wednesday.

We will have water out on your routes, but please bring a reusable cup or bottle to carry. We do not provide cups to reduce litter.

 

If you are training out of the Oakley location, keep in mind there is no parking available in the store's lot. You will need to utilize street parking (Madison Rd, Brotherton, Brazee, etc.), MadTree's lot or Crossroads main lot. 

 

You are always welcome to come to both stores for training!

Final Surge is where you will find your training plan.

You are able to connect your Strava and your watch so your runs are uploaded into your profile.


"The Social Wall" is where we will post announcements and updates as well as a place to ask questions to the group. This is new this year and we are excited to add this feature to our training program.


We will post routes for our store runs on the days those are scheduled, but days you are training outside of Fleet Feet it will just have the prescribed mileage.


You can access Final Surge through the app for apple and google or web version.
