Each week since December you’ve probably noticed this masthead at the top of your Marathoner In Training newsletter.
Looks great, doesn’t it? The new MIT logo? Yes! New look for Fleet Feet? Yes! Have you seen the exclusive resources for education articles and clinics?
The icon labeled “Dealing With Injury?” is included to help you with acute injuries or long-term aches and pains.
If you’re dealing with one of those now, especially as the distance for our Saturday training runs/walks get longer, please click on this link and let Dr Bright, Amy, and Sean know that you need their help. We will promptly contact you to offer the full MIT healthcare team – physicians, physical therapists, athletic trainers, et.al.
One of the injuries we commonly see at this point in the training season is patellar tendonitis, often referred to as Runners’ Knee. Here is a hallmark article written by our own Fit For Life Physical Therapy expert, Joe Simko.
