We're on a mission with Saucony to keep our community clean so we can enjoy litter-free running routes. Join us in Tower Grove Park on Sunday, July 22nd, as we plog along for the Great American Cleanup Run, where you'll do good for yourself, our city, and the planet, all at once!

We'll meet you at the Sons of Rest Shelter at Stupp Center at 7am on Sunday, July 22nd, where you will receive a recycleable trash bag and a pair of biodegradeable latex gloves. From 7am until 8am you'll join others to walk or run throughout and around Tower Grove Park and collect litter. At 9am you will return to the Shelter to load your collected trash into the Fleet Feet truck, enjoy some well-earned fruit, donuts, and juice, and, if you bring an old running shoe with you (and perhaps one to share?), build a shoe planter!

What is plogging? | Plogging is jogging, running, or walking while picking up litter along the way. The word plogging fuses 'plocka' and 'jogga', meaning 'picking (up)' and 'jogging' in Swedish.
