Fit For Life Physical Therapy Marathoner in Training Education Our next Fit For Life Physical Therapy – MIT Education Program is this Saturday July 28th at 6:00 a.m. Please join us at FrontRunner in Worthington when fellow MITer, Allison Labyk MS, will give her Newbie University Nutrition & Hydration talk. Focus Points will include: - Nutrition Review
- Macronutrients
- Eating on the Run
- Avoiding the Marathon Training Weight Gain
- Hydration Review
Allison’s presentation on Saturday will include a powerpoint overview on each topic as well as allow time for questions and answers. Plus we’ll be done in time to for you to make one more trip to the restroom and still find your pace group for the run and walk.
If you’d like to see a bit more detail, and prepare a list of your specific nutrition and hydration questions, this study guide will help. Bring it with you Saturday and we’ll fill in the blanks!

Please plan on arriving no later than 6:45am to find parking, use the restrooms, and find your pace groups.
Please do NOT park in the mall or Kroger parking lot. Instead, please park in the Worthington Industries lots to the north of the store.
