And, then there were two. We have two events remaining in the 2018 Fit For Life Physical Therapy – Marathoner In Training Education Series. Both of these sessions are designed specifically to help you prepare for your fall race. This Saturday, August 25th at the FrontRunner in Worthington (6:00 a.m.), our own MIT Runner and Nutrition Expert, Allison Labyk will discuss how to “Refine Your Raceday With Better Food Choices.” To get you ready for Saturday’s talk, please take a peek at this helpful guide and file a copy away for the week of your race. On Tuesday evening, October 16th at 6:30 p.m. at Fit For Life Physical Therapy inside FrontRunner on Lane Avenue, Columbus Marathon & ½ Marathon Director Darris Blackford will be on hand to discuss “Race Day Preparation And Course Tactics.” Our veteran MIT coaches Dave Calvert, Randy Olson, & Hilary Ritter will be presenting their excellent overview of what to pack for the night before and the morning of your race Please plan to join us for both great sessions.
